What Are the Requirements To Get Your Real Estate License?
To become a legal real estate agent in Mississippi, you are required to complete a course called Mississippi Real Estate Salesperson Pre-licensing. Throughout the entire course, there are 60 hours made up of reading materials, video presentations, and quizzes. After completing your required pre-licensing studies, you will need to take the state and national exams at a state facility closest to you. However, after you complete our 60-hour course, you will have access to our Ready.Set.Pass! program which includes state and national exam simulations that contain similar questions to the ones you will see on the exam. After you pass both your state and national exams, you will then be able to earn your real estate license.
