Certified Courses for Louisiana and Mississippi
We may be located in Louisiana, but we have all of the necessary courses required for real estate agents in Mississippi and Louisiana to keep their licenses. For Louisiana agents, you are required to complete 12 hours of coursework each year to keep your license. While for Mississippi, you renew your license every two years and have to take 16 hours of coursework. Not to mention, we’re certified and approved for continuing education by the LREC and MREC. This way, Louisiana and Mississippi real estate agents can meet their requirements to stay up-to-date on their continued learning.
