Cost of Continuing Education Course
One part of being a real estate agent is having to take ce courses each year to keep your license. You’ll have to take 12 hours of courses that you can spread out throughout the year. But you will need to take the yearly mandatory course enforced by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (LREC). These other courses can be bundled to receive a discount but each course is $24.99.
