  • Complete Your Renewal: After registering, log in to the MyLREC Portal and navigate to the renewal section. Follow the steps for renewal.
  • Pay Fees: Choose your E&O insurance option and pay the required fees.

Renewal Costs

Licensees with LREC Group E&O Policy insurance can expect a total fee of $219 for Sales license renewals or $254 for Brokers and Associate Brokers. Licensees with Third-Party E&O Insurance can expect $77 for Sales renewals and $112 for Brokers or Associate Brokers. These prices include a $7 processing fee.
